New Cuts Available, Just in Time for the Holidays

We are extremely excited to announce that new cuts of our Hawaii-grown beef are available at markets throughout Oahu and Maui. Now, in addition to ground beef, you’ll be able to find a variety of options, including chuck roast/steak, tenderloin steak, boneless New York steak, boneless ribeye steak, brisket, flank steak, tri tip, bottom round, eye of round, top sirloin and even marrow bones and beef liver.

The new cuts are available at select Times Supermarkets and Kokua Market. You can find a growing list of all the stores that carry our beef on our Where to Buy page.

The arrival of these cuts is just in time for holiday celebrations. Your holiday parties and dinners will be that much more special knowing you’re supporting Hawaii’s growing agriculture community.
