Kunoa Cattle Company announced today that it has licensed 740 acres of grazing lands from Kamehameha Schools on central Oahu. The property will serve as a production ranch, as well as a staging area for neighbor-island animals that Kunoa ships for harvest and meat processing at the Kapolei harvest facility. Kunoa will use holistic management practices to regenerate soil, restore natural water flows, and manage invasive species, while producing a commercially viable beef product.
